Canon EF-S 18-55mm AF speed and noise test

In this video, I do a demonstration of the AF speed and noise of the Canon EF-S 18-55mm lens on a T2i camera.

This lens has the old-fashioned AF systems, and is not ultra fast, though not so bad either. It does make a bit of noise, so if you’re trying to be discreet at a wedding, this is probably not the best lens for you.

In this video, I review the Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens. This kit lens is perhaps not the sharpest lens in my bag, but it does the job quite well for prints. At 18mm, this offers a very nice wide-angle option even on a crop-sensor camera such as the T2i.
