In this video, I present the checklist I use for commercial photography. This includes customer’s contact info, pre-production checklist, and post-production checklist.
The goals of this checklist are twofold. First: to ensure I don’t forget anything important. Second: it helps show some professionalism.
In this video, Dom Bower shows us how a badly done vignette can ruin a photo.
In this video, Dom Bower shows us how to take photos of a tiny house for a property photo shoot, and how he edits those photos.
In this video I share my thoughts on what I believe is the minimum equipment to successfully shoot a wedding.
While most wedding photographers feel uneasy if they have less than 10’000$ worth of gear with them, I show a kit that can get the job done in the 1500-2000$ range. Any less than that is still doable, but will most likely give way more headaches.
In this video, I do a review of the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens. This is the lens I use to film most of my videos with, and I absolutely love it. The 50mm standard focal length gives photos and videos a very natural look, and the image quality is impressive. It’s even more impressive when you take the price into consideration.
At the end of the video, I show some sample pictures in full-screen mode, and in 1:1 mode, so you can see the amazing resolution of this lens.
